Sessions

Get your team ready for what's coming.

A renewal in six weeks, or a client who's gone quiet. Your dry run tests the deck. A session tests the team.

Run one when

When practice beats another meeting about it.

  • 01

A big moment is coming (a pitch, a renewal, a hard review), and the hard questions haven't been practiced.

  • 02

AI is coming into the work, and no one's sure what it changes, or who decides what now.

  • 03

Your team has an offsite next month and you want more than icebreakers.

  • 04

You've restructured, and nobody's quite sure who decides what.

  • 05

Cross-functional conversations keep stalling because people read the situation differently.

  • Tell us what's coming up

What they say...

  • “Interactive, informative and fun (yes, really) the workshop changed our team processes for the better.”

    Holly Fraser

    Editor-in-Chief, WePresent (WeTransfer)

Played by teams at:

  • Publicis Groupe
  • WeTransfer
  • The New York Times
  • Columbia Business School
  • EY
  • MCI Group

What practice looks like

Ninety minutes, one situation, your whole team, live.

  1. The situation arrives

A real situation, with its own people, documents and deadline. The whole team steps in together, live.

  2. You decide, as a team

Choices on a clock, with real trade-offs. The people in the story react to each one.

  3. It plays out

You see how each choice plays out, for everyone it touches.

  4. The debrief

What the team decided, where it split, and what to try next time.

Pick the moment.

Twelve ready-made sessions in three themes. Each one runs on its own.

Pitches, renewals, reviews

The Room

The story you tell and the case you make, to the people who say yes or walk away.

Try the taster: Reframe the Objection
  • Your read or the model's

Your instinct says one thing and the AI's analysis says another. Decide which one you take into the meeting.

  • The internal sell

Get your own leadership behind the idea before anyone outside sees it.

  • Telling the client you used AI

Part of the work was done with AI. How you tell the client, and when.

  • The account review

The meeting where the client decides whether you keep the work.

Reorgs, handovers, competing asks

The Impossible Middle

Three people want three different things, and they're all being reasonable.

Try the taster: The Week
  • Catch the confident mistake

Someone sure of themselves is about to get it wrong. Spot it, and say so.

  • Hand over or keep

Decide what to hand to someone else, or to a tool, and what to keep for yourself.

  • Six months from now, this failed

Imagine the plan has already failed, and work out why while there's still time to change it.

  • Saying no to good work

More good requests than the team can take on. Choose, and explain the no.

Service, complaints, the customer's view

The Other Side

What your service feels like to the person on the receiving end.

Try the taster: The Front Desk
  • The first ninety seconds

What a customer notices before anyone has said hello.

  • The safe version will get approved

The bold idea or the one that gets signed off. Make the case for the right one.

  • What they actually meant

Hear what the customer is asking for underneath what they said.

  • Where the customer gives up

Follow a customer from start to finish and find the step where it falls apart.

What's in a session.

The session itself, plus the bits either side of it.

  1. 01

    Warm-up

A few quick pieces to play first, short enough for a train or bus ride, so the live time is for practicing, not catching up.

  2. 02

    90-minute live session

Your team plays one situation through, live, with a host running it.

  3. 03

    Post-session pack

What the host noticed, what to try next, what to keep practicing.

  4. 04

    30 days of library access

Short solo drills picked to match the session you ran, so your team keeps practicing.

After the first one

Three ways to keep going.

01

A Program, hosted by us.

A run of sessions, from a short sprint to all year, with a Wavetable host.

See the Programs

02Recommended

A Program that hands over.

The same run of sessions, and along the way someone on your team learns to host.

Ask about this

03

Your team takes it from here.

A yearly Rondo license: someone on your team hosts, with everything they need to run it.

Host your own

Before you ask

What does it cost?

From $3,500 for one team of up to 12. That covers the warm-up, the 90-minute live session, the post-session pack and 30 days of library access. Bigger team? We'll price it on the call.

Can you set it in our world?

Yes. We pick the session that fits and set it among your kind of clients and deals. Anything built from scratch is Studio work. Studio →

Can one session lead to more?

Yes. Teams that want more go on to a Program: a run of sessions with a Wavetable host, where someone on your team learns to host. Or take a yearly Rondo license within 60 days and your session fee comes off it.

Our team is bigger than 12.

Tell us how many people on the call. We'll suggest how to split them into teams.

What's next for your team?

Tell us the moment and when it is. We'll come back within two business days with the session that fits.
