Careers at Wavetable

Build what teams practice on. Then watch them play it.

We make live sessions and games where a team plays the hard moment through before it's real. A small core team builds them, with a wider roster of freelance hosts, designers, engineers, producers and writers.

What the work is like

  • Work that gets played

What you make goes in front of real teams, live, not into a drawer.

  • Short loops

You watch a room play it, then you change it.

  • A small team

Few layers, few meetings. You'll know everyone by name.

  • Your shape of work

Full-time, part-time or by the project.

We work remotely, across time zones.

The core team

Full-time or part-time, building Wavetable and Rondo with us week to week.

The roster

Freelance hosts, designers, engineers, producers and writers, brought in when a project needs you. Pick "Ad hoc / project" on the form.

We're Wavetable.

Pilots get simulators. The rest of us get PowerPoints.

We build live practice for teams: sessions where a team rehearses the hard moment together, before it's real. The client who's gone quiet, the renewal, the decision nobody wants to own. They run on Rondo, our practice platform, and teams at EY, Publicis and SoundCloud have used our work.
