Making ideas together
For when the ideas have gone stale, and so has the way the team makes them.
Live sessions where your team practices making ideas together, so the quiet voices get heard and the half-ideas turn into one worth pitching.

Your best ideas keep coming from the same three people.
The usual fixes are an off-site, a new brainstorm format, or a sticky-note workshop. Each one gets people talking for a day. None of them changes how the team makes ideas on an ordinary Tuesday.
So that's what we do.
Your team works a brief together, in small groups with a host, on one that looks like yours. Then it does it again, a little better each time.
Set in your world
The client, the brief and the deal look like yours. Nobody has to translate it back to Monday morning.
Everyone gets a turn
Each person brings something before the group decides, so the idea that wins isn't only the loudest one.
Every choice on the table
Each group's decisions go up side by side, so the team sees where it split, and why, while it's still practice.
What's in a Program
The sessions, and everything around them.
Three or four live sessions
Each one a different moment from the same problem, played in small groups with a host running it. A short warm-up comes first.
Drills in between
A few minutes at a time, with nudges and field guides, so each session starts further on than the last.
Feedback as you go
A debrief after every scenario, on what each group chose and where it led. The team lead gets an overview of the team's decisions, session by session.
30 days after
The drill library, with progress your team can see. Want to host the next round yourselves? You can, on Rondo.
Try one first
Eight minutes, no sign-up. Pull apart three classic stories, then remix what makes them work.
Director's Cut
StorytellingPull apart three classic stories (Jaws, Dove, Romeo & Juliet), find what makes them tick, then remix it into something of your own.

Making ideas together
For when the ideas have gone stale, and so has the way the team makes them.
From stories to ideas
Everyone tells a story, then the team turns the stories into ideas: eight sketches in eight minutes, and a 90-second pitch.
How your team works best
A team that's drifted apart works out how it makes ideas best together, then makes some.

FAQ
What does it cost?
It depends on the Program, how many people and how many sessions. Book a call and we'll give you a price.
Can we start with one session?
Yes. A session takes 90 minutes to a full day, for one team of up to 12, and it's how most teams start. A session →
Can you set it in our world?
Yes. Your team brings the expertise, and we set every session among your kind of clients and deals. For several teams or a whole unit, we fit the Program to your work and your people (that's a Rollout). Anything built from scratch is Studio work.
How much of the team's time does it take?
Usually three or four live sessions over two or three weeks, plus a few minutes of drills in between. It can run longer, and you set the dates.
