THE PRACTICE

What your team practices

Framing it in their terms, disarming the objection before it's raised, giving your champion something to fight with.

The green light - your work gets to exist, instead of dying in a review.

THE REPS

What they leave able to do

How it runs

First, we build the room. A real situation from your world - the pitch or the steering review that's coming up - with the messy bits left in.

Then your team plays it out. Live, together, with someone across the table who doesn't just roll over. It goes how it goes.

After, we pull it apart. What worked, what you'd do differently, the moment it turned. This is the part that stays with people.

The debrief

The part nobody else names.

What the skeptic actually needed to hear, versus what you gave them.

Common questions

How long is it?

A single session runs about half a day. As a Program it's a few weeks, live and async mixed - we shape it round your team.

How many people?

Works best with a real team - roughly 8 to 20. Get in touch if yours is bigger.

Do we need to prep?

No. We build the situation from a short conversation with you. Your team just turns up ready to have a go.

Is it role-play?

Sort of, but not the cringey kind. Real situation, real stakes, and a proper debrief after - closer to a flight simulator than a training day.

Who's it not for?

If you want a lecture or a deck to file away, this isn't it. It's for teams who'll stand up and do the hard version.

Sound like a fit?
